About the House

Always comfortable with central heating and air conditioning systems, this 11,000 square foot structure has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Great Room, and Rec Room. It all feels cozy with wooden beams and floors and extensive soaring windows that let bright sunshine flood into the rooms. The morning light is nicely contrasted by the 30 foot Muskoka granite fireplace that becomes a gathering point in the evenings.

The A frame timber construction has 3 master suites with their own bathrooms, and flat screen TV’s, 2 with gas fireplaces.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is well appointed with matching granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and expresso/capuccino maker. There’s a Laundry Room, 2 Fridges, 2 Gas BBq’s (one at Dockhouse for lunch time water front sausages and burgers).

The Location

Enjoy famous Lake Muskoka from your own sandy beach, or from the wooden decks of this south facing luxury cottage perched impressively alone on two acres of land, approx 15 km from Bracebridge.

Watch the kids build sand castles, swim and frolic in 1-3 ft of water with a sandy bottom. There’s deep water entry beside a 2 story boathouse with a commanding view of Lake Muskoka, and lots of wooden decks for sunbathing all around the cottage, and on the water.

In house Entertaining

The castle comes complete with an 18 seat home theatre for ‘feature presentations’. Rivaling this is the 60′ flat screen TV in family room, or the 40 inch TV in great room, and both of these are well equipped with high quality DVD players. There are six TVs in total in the house.

There are four ‘table top’ amusements in the Rec Room including air hockey, shuffle board, hockey, fooseball.
